Job Summary:
The Customer Service Agent is responsible for assisting customers with their travel needs through various communication channels. This position requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to handle a high volume of inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: ? Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat. ? Assist customers with booking, modifying, and canceling reservations. ? Address and resolve customer concerns and issues in a professional and empathetic manner. ? Inform customers about Delta Airlines policies, procedures, and travel requirements. ? Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions. ? Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues. ? Stay updated on Delta Airlines products, services, promotions, and industry trends.

Qualifications: ? High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. ? Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the travel or airline industry. ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ? Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions quickly. ? Proficiency in using computer systems and various software applications. ? Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. ?
