? Assist providers with claims, investigations, and appeals
? Handle authorizations and utilization management appeals
? Respond to eligibility and benefits inquiries
? Document provider inquiries and specific details
? Assist with educating providers on self-service options
What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High School Diploma or equivalent
? 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume call center as a customer service representative
? Effective verbal and written communication skills
? Strong typing and analytical abilities with a typing speed of 40 WPM
? Active listening and problem-solving abilities
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? 1-2 years of experience in a medical office setting
? 1-2 years of experience with healthcare insurance
? Experience with billing, coding, or back-end processing
