As a Healthcare Account Manager I, you'll play a key role in managing a diverse portfolio of client accounts. Your primary goal will be to ensure client satisfaction and drive revenue growth by establishing strong relationships and understanding client needs...
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, goals, and challenges.
Provide outstanding customer service and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with assigned client accounts.
Identify opportunities for growth within existing client accounts.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop effective upselling and cross-selling strategies.
Work closely with clients to understand their evolving needs and proactively propose solutions to enhance client retention and drive revenue.
Forecast and track key account metrics to ensure success.
Conduct regular account reviews, assess performance metrics, and pinpoint areas for improvement.
Address client concerns and issues promptly and effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, exceed client expectations, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Account Management Experience.
Healthcare experience is a plus.
Ability to travel overnight up to 20%.
Availability for after-hours on-call as needed.
Willingness to work overtime to meet project deadlines.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working with various levels of management.
Strong analytical skills to address complex business and technology issues and understand client solution requirements.
High energy, strong initiative, and a reliable, organized approach.
Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible and adaptable in learning and teaching new technologies.
Detail-oriented with a professional demeanor.
Capable of managing stressful situations effectively.
Committed to safeguarding patients' PHI and e-PHI in accordance with HIPAA standards.
