What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour to schedule free in-home or virtual healthcare evaluations
? Follow approved scripts and ensure members understand and are comfortable with terms
? Present a positive and professional approach to clients and health plan members
? Meet daily department goals for outbound calls and appointments set
? Monitor performance metrics and report member complaints to management

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred
? Minimum of 1 year of call center experience or 2+ years of general work experience
? Previous experience in an outbound call center or high-volume environment is preferred
? Strong communication skills and ability to treat members with professional courtesy
? Proficiency in the English language and strong computer skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Experience working in a metrics-driven environment, utilizing an auto dialer, and/or using scripts
? Ability to adhere to a fixed daily schedule, including breaks and lunch
? Friendly and conversational demeanor with persuasive communication skills
? Experience in a healthcare-related field or with Medicare Advantage and Medicaid plans
