What are we looking for?
? An experience sales person who is motivated towards learning and improving
? Someone who is personable and has excellent English that would be well received by land buyers in the United States.
? Organized and can help develop a good system for sales.
? Has experience in marketing along side of sales to make recommendations on how to gain more customers.
? Collaborative in their thinking to improve everyone on the team.

What does a day look like?
? Engage with new and old customers via emails, phone, txt to address their questions and put them towards a close.
? M-F 10:00 - 11:00 CST - 4:00 - 5:00 Do call backs, emails, text msgs.
? Trying to get on the phone with 5 people which requires a mass (70 - 100) reach outs of emails, txts and messenger.
? Report back daily your work touches.
? Training a mentoring calls to work through problems and grow as a sales person.
? Working in software and logging details of reach outs in: follow up boss, gmail, airtable, and slack.

Want more details?
? Part time 10 hours per week to start (Typically morning 30 minutes and evening 30 minutes with some intermittent follow ups)
? Commission based sales position
? Need 100% internet uptime
? Must be able to respond within 30 minutes to each inquiry. This is the golden window for sales. Most of our sales happen when the lead reaches out initially.
