## Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data into our systems.

## Duties

Input and update data into computerized systems

Utilize Excel to create and maintain spreadsheets

Perform data entry tasks including transcribing, typing, and organizing information

Create and update Pivot tables as needed

Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entry

Assist with order entry processes

Conduct basic math calculations as required

## Skills

Proficiency in data entry and computer systems

Strong knowledge of Excel for spreadsheet management

Excellent organizational skills to maintain accurate records

Ability to transcribe information quickly and accurately

Familiarity with order entry processes is a plus
