American... Express Global Commercial Services (GCS) team enables businesses globally to pay for and finance what they need to grow their businesses. GCS provides a suite of payment and lending products, solutions for travel and everyday business spending, cross border payments, global currency solutions, and business financing.

As our customers are changing the way they work and pay, we have been evolving with them by developing B2B partner-embedded and automated payment solutions so that we are seamlessly coordinated into customer ecosystem. The B2B Solutions team is focused on building a new business model, key partnerships, value propositions, and go-to-market plans that will address all customer segments, from Small businesses to Large and Global clients, to create new opportunities for us to capture B2B spend through these ecosystem partners, such as AP Automation partners, Accounting and ERP software providers, as well as procurement platforms & networks. This business has doubled in customers and volume over the last few years, and critical to further growth is the scaling of our B2B ecosystem.

As such, the Director, Digital Product Operations and Governance will lead a team focused on critical business operations, governance activities, and effective risk management for all B2B Solutions products. In our ever increasingly compliance-driven and regulated environment, this role will continue to be critical in ensuring we are managing, monitoring, and deploying our products in a controlled and compliant way.

Key Responsibilities: ? Ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency by driving robust compliance, controls, and governance as we build and enhance our B2B product suite ? Lead management of product and platform operations including adherence to all regulatory, compliance, and audit requirements ? Collaborate with Technology to manage health of platforms, drive issue resolution, platform release testing, partner integrations, and continuous improvement ? Lead New Product Approvals (AEMP54) for all B2B Solutions products and collaborate closely with Operational Excellence ? Drive risk oversight by managing all product governance activities including PRSA, TLM, controls, and testing ? Maintain all operational and supporting activities for One AP ACH payment service and collaborate across Product and Network teams ? Collaborate with GSG, Product, and the servicing strategy team to provide operational support in driving servicing capability enhancements and developments

Preferred Qualifications
? Extensive experience and demonstrated track record in B2B product development and/or product operations
? Comfortable with ambiguity and ability to translate unstructured information to a structured, actionable plan
? Strong organizational skills and project management experience
? Proven ability to both focus on high level strategy and delve in the weeds on detailed operations
? Experience leading teams in a matrixed organization and comfortable managing senior level presentations
? Strong relationship building skills and a collaborative attitude, building bridges, and eliminating silos
? Track record analyzing complex data and processes to find and drive innovative solutions
? Ability to effectively prioritize and drive strong results with limited resources
? Excellent interpersonal, strong written, and verbal communication skills, focusing on key messages and actions
? Demonstrated ability to influence many business partners to drive business value without direct authority
? Adaptable to changing business priorities
? Knowledgeable in B2B payment space and solutions

? Bachelors degree and 7+ years of relevant experience

Salary Range: $150,000.00 to $225,000.00 annually + bonus + equity (if applicable) + benefits
