Talent Sourcer (Part-Time Contract)

We?re looking for a motivated part-time, contract Talent... Sourcer that thrives in a fast-paced environment. Like us, you understand that extraordinary Sourcers are brand advocates, strategic partners, and curators of strong talent pipelines. In this role, you'll be responsible for attracting the top talent to Apartment List by developing a rich, diverse candidate pool of passive talent across select open roles.
? ** This position is remote within the US. This position is a short-term (~2 months) and part-time (10-20 hours per week) contract. The hourly pay rate is between $50/hr - $75/hr.

Here's what you?ll do as part of the team:

? Research and build pipelines of candidates in line with the Talent team's priorities
? Provide personal, tailored outbound communication to prospects and candidates
? Collaborate with the Talent team and Hiring Managers to understand the desired skills and qualifications for each role
? Evaluate candidates and present talent for consideration to the Talent and People Ops teams
? Conduct Director or Executive level prospecting, completing competitive market maps and market intelligence
? Strategize different ways to build diverse talent pipelines and work on tactical diversity sourcing campaigns
? Develop diversity recruiting plans and sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
? Source using LinkedIn, Boolean searches, social media, internet job boards, tech associations groups, and other creative search techniques
? Regularly track, analyze, and share pipeline and performance data with internal stakeholders
? Represent the company with integrity and professionalism

Skills and experience you'll need to be successful:

? 2 - 5 years of sourcing experience for a consumer-facing tech startup with a high hiring bar
? Proven track record of successfully identifying and hiring exceptional, diverse candidates in high-growth environments
? Experience hiring for both technical and non-technical roles
? Experience implementing creative DEI sourcing methods through multiple channels
? Strong interpersonal and consultative skills
? Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
? Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
? Detail-oriented and well-organized
? Personable with a great work ethic and positive attitude
? Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ideally Greenhouse
? BA/BS degree preferred
