Live Chat Representative

As a Live Chat Representative at Northwestern Mutual's San Francisco office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat interactions with clients. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities...
• Engage with clients via live chat to address inquiries, provide information, and assist with various requests
• Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow up as needed
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to better assist clients
• Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed
• Demonstrate resilience and dedication to providing excellent service to clients

Requirements:
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in project management and problem-solving
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred
• Hardworking attitude and a dedication to exceeding customer expectations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
