Live Chat Representative
As a Live Chat Representative at Northwestern Mutual's San Francisco office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat interactions with clients. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.

- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to better assist clients
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed
- Demonstrate resilience and dedication to providing excellent service to clients
- Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in project management and problem-solving
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Hardworking attitude and a dedication to exceeding customer expectations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
