What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Answer incoming calls with enthusiasm and confidence
? Create and dispatch case/ticket to the proper queue
? Maintain high-level knowledge of the extensive product suite
? Confirm and/or update customer contact information
? Handle difficult or sensitive customer situations professionally

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service/support environment
? Proven ability to manage time effectively and multitask/prioritize projects
? Strong verbal and written communication skills
? Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new technologies quickly
? Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
? Knowledge of support tools such as Salesforce or other remote access tools
? Previous call center/inbound support experience
? Highly motivated and team-oriented
