Position Overview: As a Remote Customer Service Representative at Amazon, you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. ? Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. ? Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications simultaneously. ?
