What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Participate in client meetings to define communication requirements and present graphical concepts
? Write short articles and communications for review by senior team members
? Collaborate with the team to enhance change management efforts through visually appealing communications
? Create graphic visual representations of information for written materials, including emails and blog posts
? Design and edit professional documents and graphics in various formats and software

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? No formal workforce experience required; a robust graphic design portfolio and at least two writing samples are mandatory
? Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a similar field
? Excellent graphic design, written, presentation, and verbal communication skills
? Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
? Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
? Familiarity with web content management systems like Drupal
? Knowledge of plain language guidelines and Section 508 compliance
? Portfolio showcasing diverse graphic design works
? Strong team collaboration skills
