What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Must reside in Georgia, Texas, or North Carolina
? Excellent people skills and a friendly, patient demeanor
? Experience in an administrative assistant, receptionist, front desk, or clerical position
? Must have a reliable hardwired internet connection with at least 20 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload
? Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Previous work experience at a call center is a plus
? Tech-savvy enough to troubleshoot minor computer issues
? Strong written and verbal communication skills
? Self-motivated and highly driven
