7am-7pm EST, CST, or MST, weekend availability will be needed

A Day In The Role / Tasks
? Ability to handle full day multitasking
? Troubleshooting in real time, quick thinking on their feet
? Available for weekends as needed - can work in EST, CST, or MST
? This team will evaluate and work with you to see how you operate, etc. to have potential for a more expanded role in the future
? Comfortable wearing multiple hats - the role will include anything from outreach to businesses and employees, in-store visits to understand operational practices, building merchant facing documents and presentations, etc.
? How will this contractor be measured in the role? Any specific performance metrics? 'Successful deliveries handled daily, calls made, cases solved'
