Area Vice President, Sales - North Central

- What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and oversee a team of regional sales directors and representatives to maximize sales revenues
- Accurately forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales revenue streams
- Identify, develop, and implement effective sales plans and strategies for assigned regions
- Train and coach regional sales directors to structure deals that exceed revenue expectations
- Collaborate with Marketing on go-to-market strategies and lead sales leadership team meetings
- What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Proven track record of leading sales managers in the medical device or disposable device markets
- Minimum of 10 years of medical device sales experience
- At least 5 years of demonstrated success leading sales managers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong sales, recruiting, leadership, organization, planning, and prioritization skills
- Results-oriented with experience in bringing innovative market-defining products to market
- Ability to develop and critically analyze a sales pipeline and forecast
- Good interpersonal skills to foster positive working relationships across the organization
- Ability to travel over 50% if needed
