We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Agent. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have.

Responsibilities...
? Receive inbound calls and assist customers in a professional manner
? Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers
? Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively and efficiently
? Document all customer interactions and details of inquiries or complaints
? Follow up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved
? Provide excellent customer service by going above and beyond to meet customer needs
? Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to customers

Requirements
? High school diploma or equivalent
? Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Ability to handle a high volume of calls and maintain professionalism
? Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
? Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
? Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including MS Office
