### Key Responsibilities

? **Sales Opportunities**: Identify new sales opportunities and promote additional services when appropriate to contribute to the team's success.
? **Regulatory Compliance**: Adhere to all regulatory requirements and communication protocols to ensure ethical and compliant interactions.

### Qualifications
? Proven experience in sales or customer service, with a demonstrable passion for exceeding client expectations.
? Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively explain complex insurance products.
? Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships.
? Ability to work independently with excellent time management skills while also thriving in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
? An active Arkansas Health/Life insurance license is required.
? Experience with Healthcare Marketplace plans is advantageous.
? Willingness to obtain Non-Resident State licenses, with expenses covered by the employer, is a plus.
