Responsibilities: ? Conduct property searches, showings, and facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers. ? Generate leads, cultivate relationships, and follow up with potential clients to build a strong network. ? Stay updated with market trends, property values, and industry best practices to provide expert advice to clients. ? Prepare and present competitive market analysis reports to assist clients in making informed decisions. ? Assist clients with property transactions, including drafting contracts, reviewing documents, and coordinating inspections and appraisals. ? Collaborate with lenders, attorneys, and other professionals to ensure a smooth and timely closing process. ? Continuously develop your professional skills through ongoing training and education programs.

Requirements: ? Active real estate license in your state ? Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs. ? Self-motivated and driven to exceed goals, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently. ? Tech-savvy, comfortable using real estate software, CRM tools, and online marketing platforms. ? A reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license for property showings.
