Position: Medical Benefits Rep

Pay: $17/hr. Weekly Pay plus Benefits

Schedule: 8am-9pm EST. M-F (8hr Shift between these hours)

? MUST BE ABLE TO OBTAIN A 7 QUESTION PHARMACY CERTIFICATION REGISTRATION***

Job Details:
? Answer inbound calls and make some outbound calls.
? Perform medical benefits investigations
? Using computer skills for data entry.
? Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information.
? Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program.
? Working with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient.

Requirements: ? Must have experience with medical insurance and prior authorizations. ? Medical Call Center experience is a plus but not required. ? Must have active internet already installed and the ability to work from home. ? Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors. ? Great work attitude and willingness to help others. ? HS Diploma/Equivalent.
