What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Set appointments with potential clients to educate them about insurance products
• Conduct research with your mentor to find and customize appropriate products for clients
• Meet with families via phone calls or Zoom meetings to present options and assist with applications
• Follow up with insurance carriers to facilitate applications through underwriting
• Commit to working specified hours based on role (spare time, part-time, or full-time)

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Must be licensed in Life and Health insurance (assistance available to obtain licensing)
• Strong desire to help clients and teammates
• Coachable team player with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Exceptional listening and communication skills
• Ability to commit to the required hours based on the chosen role

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Previous experience in sales or customer service
• Familiarity with insurance products and the industry
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
