What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Coordinate workflow and provide leadership to a team of Customer Service Representatives
? Resolve complex client billing inquiries and problems, including handling irate client calls
? Train new employees and assist in their orientation
? Interact with sales representatives and account managers to address client complaints
? Provide phone coverage as needed and assist supervisors with various responsibilities

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High School diploma or equivalent
? Minimum of 1+ years of experience in Customer Service
? Previous customer service or call center experience strongly preferred
? Previous leadership role strongly preferred
? Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word and Excel preferred

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Previous experience in a leadership role within the healthcare industry
? Familiarity with Labcorp?s Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
? Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult customer interactions
? Experience in training and mentoring staff
? Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
