? Minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s

? Commitment to full attendance during the 3-week training period

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Previous experience in customer support or technical support role
? Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
? Spanish bilingual proficiency
? Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
? Previous experience in a call center
