• Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online chat platforms
• Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
• Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals

Requirements:
• 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
• Adaptable and hardworking personality traits
• Strong teamwork and strategic planning skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
