Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role requires a customer-focused individual who excels in data entry, scheduling, and shipment tracking. The ideal candidate will be organized, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic, with a proven ability to work cross-functionally with various team members and departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities: ? Customer Service: ? Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive relationship with clients and partners. ? Communicate effectively with customers regarding shipment status, delivery schedules, and any changes or delays. ? Data Entry: ? Accurately enter and maintain customer and shipment data into the company?s database and software systems. ? Ensure data integrity by verifying and correcting any discrepancies in the information provided. ? Scheduling: ? Coordinate and schedule pickups and deliveries to optimize efficiency and meet customer requirements. ? Work closely with drivers and dispatch teams to ensure timely and accurate scheduling. ? Shipment Tracking: ? Monitor and track shipments from origin to destination, providing real-time updates to customers as needed. ? Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to shipment delays or disruptions. ? Cross-Functional Collaboration: ? Collaborate with other departments such as dispatch, logistics, and warehouse teams to streamline operations and address any operational challenges. ? Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements and problem-solving initiatives. ? Organization and Punctuality: ? Demonstrate strong organizational skills by managing multiple tasks and prioritizing responsibilities effectively. ? Arrive on-time and adhere to scheduled work hours to ensure reliability and consistency in performance. ? Work Ethic: ? Exhibit a strong work ethic by being proactive, dependable, and committed to achieving high standards of performance. ? Uphold company values and contribute positively to the team environment.

Qualifications: ? Bachelor Degree; additional education or certifications in customer service or logistics is a plus. ? 2+ years in customer service, preferably within the trucking or logistics industry. ? Proficiency in data entry and working with databases or CRM systems. ? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. ? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. ? Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. ? Reliable and punctual with a solid work ethic and commitment to excellence.
