Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities

As a Licensed Claims Representative, you will be responsible for finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns.
? Connect with customers via phone to address their issues, questions and concerns.
? Assist members with capturing damages to their vehicles and ensure we can assist with timely repairs
? Assist with rental vehicles and other services offered to the member from their policy
? Cover the customers policy information pertaining to deductibles, coverages, and other policy information
? Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate.
? Work directly with adjusters to assist members with assistance from their claims that are filed
? Track all call related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
? Provide feedback on call issues.
Qualifications

? Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
? 6 months Customer service experience preferred
? Over 18 years of age
? Ability to type 25 wpm or more
? High School Graduate or GED
? Comfort with desktop computer system
? Proven oral & written communication skills
? Possess an active home state Adjuster Insurance License
? Logical problem-solving skills
? Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
? Organization and work prioritization skills

ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms ? Proof of internet speed required ? Clean and quiet workspace
