Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Target is seeking a part-time Client Relations Representative to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. We are looking for individuals who are adaptable, reliable, possess strong critical thinking skills, and excel in... decision-making.

Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients

Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think critically and make sound decisions
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
