This is for the person who wants to see more Cop Dads and law enforcement professional lives changed by becoming a part of our movement.

Your role will be to communicate with others who have expressed interest in working with us. You'll be communicating both via text and calls with potential clients to set up our rockstar sales team with interviews for potential clients. You need to LOVE supporting people and being a part of changing their life.

(Btw: This position has been the foundation of our business, and is where we've found some of our higher level leadership now.)

Role

Required to engage in the lead generation chat process with potential clients with the goal of booking potential clients on sales calls through social media platforms such as Facebook or Instagram. THIS IS A 100% COMMISSION BASED ONLY POSITION WITH PERFORMANCE BONUSES.

Responsibilities

• Learning and mastering the 'Messenger Process' utilized for organic lead generation.

• Engaging in 'Messenger Process' lead generation strategy on social media platforms Facebook, Instagram and via email inquiries to create conversations with potential leads with the goal of booking leads on a sales call.

• Keeping a detailed log of leads generated and weekly leads per hour performance.

• Attending weekly meetings with Chat team members and Chat Manager to review performance, celebrate wins, provide feedback and give support where needed.

• Attend Team Huddle meetings with the entire company.

Results

• Maintaining an average 0.5/hr lead generation KPI.

• Contribute to the critical number of the company (total active clients) by generating high quality leads for the sales team that have a 70% close rate.

Requirements

• Sales or retail experience is preferred

• Prior Law Enforcement experience is preferred

• Experience working with social platforms Instagram and Facebook

• Experience in the fitness and coaching industry is preferred

• Experience in direct sales, business, entrepreneurship or online marketing is preferred

• Must be able to rapidly pick up and implement a specific communication style

• Must be adaptive in a fast paced learning environment

• Must be the living example of the Blue Line Fitness culture at all times.

• Must have flexible availability to work on weekends, evenings, and mornings (schedule will be created with other team members in advance)

• Must be extremely coachable. Able to receive and implement feedback on their performance
