Responsibilities

Provide technical expertise in one or more information technology disciplines to support the organization's technical infrastructure.
? Respond to user problems by listening, clarifying, and responding effectively.
? Troubleshoot most... application problems independently.
? Possess and apply working knowledge of at least one technology environment to address and resolve problems.
? Analyze a chain of events and apply technical knowledge following established procedures and/or detailed specifications.
? Write fundamental documentation in a clear, concise manner and according to standards.
? Share knowledge effectively within the work team.

The ideal candidate will have:
? Knowledge and experience with EPIC EHR
? At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Visual Studio and SQL Server Developer T-SQL, SSIS and SQL Agent Jobs
? At least 2 years of experience developing EPIC reports and extracts
? Knowledge, experience and certification with the Epic Cogito Clarity SQL Server database
? Usage of Big Query (BQ) on the Google Cloud Platform
? Experience with Google Workspace
Requirements

Education:

? High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
