Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via online channels such as email, chat, and social media
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Provide product information and assistance with online purchases
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members
• Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies

Requirements:
• Resourceful and reliable individual with excellent communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to think innovatively to solve problems
• Experience in a customer service role, preferably in an online environment
• Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
