GrowthAssistant is looking for an Meta and Google Ads Specialist for our growth marketing team. This teammate will play a pivotal role in executing and optimizing our paid social media campaigns across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google. The Role
? Campaign Launch: Initiate new Meta ad campaigns from inception, ensuring all elements are strategically planned and executed.
? A/B Testing: Conduct rigorous testing of ads and ad sets to identify successful strategies that drive business outcomes.
? Independent Optimization: Utilize data trends such as ROAS, CTR, and CPM to independently optimize Meta campaigns for improved performance.
? Recommend Best Practices: Proactively advise clients on optimal campaign optimizations based on industry best practices and emerging trends.
? Reporting and Communication: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using advanced Excel or Google Sheets tools, communicating findings via various channels to maintain client engagement and transparency.

The Requirements
? 3+ years of Meta ads experience to set up, optimize, and provide recommendations on ad campaigns based data trends
? Understanding of and experience calculating ROAS, CTR, CPM, and other important paid media KPIs and metrics
? Experience building brand new reports in Excel or Google Sheets to show paid media trends in real time, and over time across campaigns
? Expertise is understanding Meta ads data and making proactive recommendations to clients on what is and is not working, and then adjusting campaigns & ads accordingly
? Monitoring & optimizing ad spend budget per day, week, and month, making budget allocation adjustments based on data
? Proficiency in fluent English written and verbal communication
? Proactive daily communication through Slack/IM, email, and video calls
? Proven success partnering with U.S. based clients in past roles
? E-commerce experience
? Confident and comfortable working with CEOs, need minimal instruction, and can make strategic recommendations
