Working Hours

Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 AM ? 5:00 PM (with potential for additional hours during peak times)

Responsibilities
? Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
? Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
? Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
? Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
? Provide product information and support to customers.
? Assist in training new team members as needed.
? Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
? Participate in team meetings and provide feedback for process improvements.
