What You Will be Doing: The primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative, business, and clerical support services the the Paid Leave Oregon Policy and Program Support Section. The person in this position provides support services remotely and in office and can be the first point of contact for staff members, customers, or the public. Experience organizing meetings or events, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and taking notes. Experience providing clerical or administrative support in an office of professional setting. Ability to independently problem solve and manage multiple competing priorities. Detail-oriented, with a proven ability to focus on and manage the small details of a project or task. Required Minimum Qualifications: Three years of secretarial or administrative support experience that includes coordinating office procedures, preparing narrative and statistical reports, and administrative data collection and analysis; OR An associate degree in general office occupations and two years of secretarial or administrative support experience that includes coordinating office procedures, preparing narrative and statistical reports, and administrative data collection and analysis; OR An equivalent combination of education and experience.
