Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM ? 5:00 PM (EST)

Responsibilities
? Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
? Resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner
? Provide information on flight schedules, policies, and procedures
? Assist with booking, cancellations, and changes to reservations
? Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
? Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes

? Participate in training sessions and team meetings

Hourly Salary Range
