Working Hours

? Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM ? 5:00 PM

? Occasional weekends and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

? Assist customers with ticket purchases and flight check-ins

? Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly

? Provide information about flight schedules, seat availability, and ticket prices

? Ensure compliance with airline policies and procedures

? Process payments and issue receipts

? Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

? Maintain a clean and organized work area

? Perform other related duties as required
