Key Responsibilities
? Guide students through their HESI exam preparation by providing valuable resources, practice materials, and personalized support.
? Offer one-on-one assistance to address specific learning needs and challenges.
? Foster a positive and encouraging virtual learning environment.
? Collaborate with the educational team to refine study plans and develop effective prep materials.
? Utilize online platforms and technology to create engaging and productive study sessions.
? Communicate clearly with students, parents, and team members to track progress and provide updates.

Skills And Qualifications
? Experience in nursing education or exam preparation, especially with the HESI exam.
? Strong knowledge of nursing principles and exam content.
? Excellent communication skills for interacting with students, parents, and colleagues.
? Proficiency in using online educational tools and platforms.
? Ability to support students effectively in a virtual setting.
? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
? Fluent in Spanish.
