Job Type

Remote, Full-Time

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM ? 5 PM (with flexibility)

Responsibilities
? Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
? Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
? Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
? Provide product and service information to customers.
? Assist with order placement, refunds, or exchanges.
? Collaborate with team members and other departments to address customer needs.
? Stay updated on company products, services, and policies.
? Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.

Job Requirements
? High school diploma or equivalent; Associate?s or Bachelor?s degree preferred.
? Proven customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
? Proficiency in using computers and customer service software.
? Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
? Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
? Located within the United States.

Basic Educational Requirements
