What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Manage and support a fully remote team of HR Generalists and Assistants
? Oversee the daily workflow of the HR department and manage the HR ticketing process
? Create learning and development opportunities for HR team members
? Maintain compliance with employment laws and recommend best practices
? Partner with management to provide HR support related to performance management and employee retention

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Minimum of ten (10) years of human resources experience in a generalist or business partner role
? At least five years of experience managing a team of HR Generalists
? High school diploma is required
? Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
? Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/HRMS systems

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources or a related field
? Experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Center Human Resources
? Certification such as SPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP
