Responsibilities

? Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

? Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently.

? Provide accurate information regarding flights, bookings, and policies.

? Assist customers with cancellations, changes, and refunds.

? Document customer interactions and transactions.

? Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Delta Airlines products and services.

? Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.

? Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
