What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Answer incoming phone calls for a variety of businesses across the country
• Communicate professionally while showcasing a friendly personality
• Navigate cloud-based technology and manage caller interactions using multiple screens
• Type detailed messages accurately, free of spelling and grammatical errors
• Maintain a quiet, distraction-free work environment at home

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Must reside in Georgia, Texas, or North Carolina
• Excellent people skills and a friendly, patient demeanor
• Experience in an administrative assistant, receptionist, front desk, or clerical position
• Must have a reliable hardwired internet connection with at least 20 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Previous work experience at a call center is a plus
• Tech-savvy enough to troubleshoot minor computer issues
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated and highly driven
