Working Hours

20-25 hours per week, flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities
? Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner
? Provide accurate information about our products and services
? Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently
? Maintain customer records and update information in our database
? Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes
? Assist customers with order tracking and returns
? Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
