Job Type

Part-Time, Remote Position

Working Hours

Evening hours, approximately 4 PM ? 9 PM (20-25 hours per week)

Responsibilities

? Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

? Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner

? Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed

? Provide product and service information to customers

? Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments

? Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer issues are resolved

? Assist with other customer service tasks as needed

? Contribute to team meetings and training sessions
