Job Type: Full-Time + Part time commission based position.

Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls
? Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients with the goal of introducing our products/services and generating new business opportunities.
? Effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of our offerings to prospects.

Lead Generation
? Utilize Apollo lead generation tools and other resources to identify and qualify potential leads.
? Work closely with the sales team to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified leads.

Customer Engagement
? Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects and clients through regular communication.
? Provide... excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Data Management
? Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and lead generation efforts using our CRM system.
? Analyze and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of outbound sales initiatives.

Collaboration
? Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate efforts and share insights on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive information.
? Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications
? Proven experience in outbound sales calls.
? Familiarity with lead generation tools is highly desirable.
? Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
? Customer-service oriented
? Proficient in Microsoft Office
