Online Chat Representative
Kencove Farm Fence, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Online Chat Representative to join our team in the consumer goods industry. As an integral part of our customer service team, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers seeking assistance via online chat. Your main goal will be to deliver outstanding service to our valued customers while maintaining the high standards of professionalism that Kencove is known for. In this role, you will communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs, provide accurate information about our extensive range of fencing products, and assist with any inquiries they may have. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for handling multiple chats simultaneously while ensuring each interaction is personalized and efficient. Responsibilities
? Engage with customers through online chat to provide prompt assistance and information.
? Respond to product inquiries, complaints, and requests for information in a timely manner.
? Promote various Kencove products and services through effective communication.
? Troubleshoot customer issues and guide them towards suitable solutions.
? Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our systems.
? Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer satisfaction.
? Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.
? High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related fields is a plus.
? Proven experience in customer service, preferably in an online chat environment.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
? Strong multitasking abilities to manage multiple chat conversations at once.
? Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
? Ability to empathize with customers and provide solutions to their needs.
? Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary
