? Wednesday-Sunday 8AM-7PM or 7Am-6PM EST Location: 100% Remote (equipment provided)

Skills/Experience
? 1-2 years call center experience (preferably in a remote capacity)
? Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
? Must have reliable high-speed internet

Description
? Respond, handle, diagnose and resolve inbound customer interactions for our client.
? Identify, research, and resolves technical problems related to specific User Portal.
? Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution
? Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile
? Keep records of all conversations in call center database in a comprehensible way
? Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
