What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Guide candidates throughout the entire hiring process, from prospecting to onboarding
? Attract candidates through social media, databases, and industry organizations
? Recruit for challenging positions and establish trust with hiring managers
? Qualify candidates through resume review, phone screens, and interviews
? Manage communication and document recruiting activity in the Applicant Tracking System

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Degree or equivalent work experience
? 2-5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
? Strong relationship building skills with hiring managers
? Ability to work with a sense of urgency and drive processes independently
? Excellent organizational and time management capabilities
? Good judgment and ability to maintain confidentiality
? Passion for recruiting and storytelling
? Proficiency in creative sourcing techniques and making strategic recommendations
? Strong verbal and written communication skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Experience with creative sourcing techniques beyond LinkedIn
? Ability to articulate status updates with key stakeholders in person
? Familiarity with diverse industries and candidate profiles
? Knowledge of current trends and best practices in recruitment
? Certification in recruiting or related field
