We are seeking a dedicated and resourceful Remote Chat Support Officer to join our dynamic customer support team. In this part-time role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers through chat channels, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive experience. This position requires a candidate with at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong critical thinking abilities, and an aptitude for strategic planning.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via chat, responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information regarding Mattel?s product offerings, services, policies, and promotions.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues effectively, using critical thinking skills to analyze problems and provide tailored solutions.
  • Document and track customer interactions and feedback in our customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate issues and gain insights on product performance, customer satisfaction trends, and potential areas for improvement.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining a knowledge base that empower customers to self-help and improve overall service efficiency.
  • Support the implementation of strategic plans related to customer experience initiatives, ensuring alignment with Mattel?s vision and mission.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on product updates and support techniques.
  • Analyze support metrics and provide feedback to management on processes, pain points, and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Engage in proactive outreach to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, including follow-up communications on resolved inquiries.
  • Foster a positive brand image by embodying Mattel?s values in every interaction.

  • **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years in a customer support role, with a focus on chat or digital communication channels.
