What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Interact with players to provide information and process inquiries about accounts, products, and services
? Troubleshoot technical issues related to computer/tablet/cell phone applications
? Respond to and process inbound calls, real-time chat communications, and emails
? Communicate special marketing offers to VIP customers
? Provide timely feedback on service failures or customer concerns

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High School diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
? 2 or more years of inbound/support call center experience
? 1 or more years of remote work experience with set KPIs
? Reliable internet and ability to pass internet speed test
? Ability to travel to lottery headquarters once each quarter
? Advanced knowledge of computers and Windows Office Programs
? Experienced with troubleshooting internet connectivity, app, and browser issues
? Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain a friendly and professional demeanor
? Attention to detail and ability to work independently
? Strong typing and data entry skills

? Previous technical support experience
