Amada Senior Care is a forward-thinking home care agency that is actively hiring a dependable and professional weekend on-call scheduler (every weekend and every other week M-F). Primary Responsibilities Include...
? Managing the 'on call' after hours phone on the weekends (shift starts Friday at 4pm - ends Monday 8am) Every other week M-F required.
? Communicating and documenting important events such as schedule changes, emergencies or accidents
? Keeping office staff updated on important issues regarding clients and caregivers
? Getting shifts filled as needed

You Can Expect:
? Competitive rates: $17.00 per hour
? Remote-Work from Home Position
? On-Demand Pay-Up to 70% of your pay is available as soon as a shift is worked

Successful candidates must have:
? Basic computer and smartphone skills
? Ability to manage scheduling system and phone system
? Timely responsiveness to call-outs and client schedule changes
? Ability to maintain accurate client and caregiver records in the scheduling system
? Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to listen effectively
? Detail orientated skills and the ability to stay organized
? Ability to work independently and meet timely deadlines
