Responsibilities
? Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone calls.
? Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
? Provide detailed product information to customers.
? Assist customers with order tracking and status updates.
? Document customer interactions in our CRM system.
? Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs.
? Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
