Position Overview:
As an IT Systems Engineer ? Cloud & Virtualization Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and supporting our clients? IT infrastructure. You will focus on cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure, and virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V. You will also be responsible for configuring and managing firewalls, ensuring robust network security. This role requires not only strong technical expertise but also a consultative approach, as you will be advising clients on the best solutions to meet their unique needs.

IT Systems Engineer ? MSP | Cloud & Virtualization Specialist Responsibilities: ? Design, deploy, and manage virtualization environments using VMware or Hyper-V. ? Implement, configure, and maintain cloud solutions, with a focus on Microsoft Azure. ? Configure and manage firewalls, VPNs, and other network security measures to protect client environments. ? Provide advanced troubleshooting for escalated issues related to virtualization, cloud infrastructure, and network security. ? Collaborate with clients to understand their IT needs and recommend appropriate solutions. ? Lead and participate in IT projects, including migrations, upgrades, and new deployments. ? Maintain thorough documentation of systems, configurations, and client environments. ? Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide proactive recommendations.

IT Systems Engineer ? MSP | Cloud & Virtualization Specialist Experience:
? 3+ years of experience within an MSP oenvironment.
? Strong experience with VMware or Hyper-V, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, including virtual networks, VMs, and storage solutions.
? Solid understanding of firewall configurations, VPNs, and network security best practices.
? Excellent consultative skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to clients in a clear and understandable manner.
? A proactive mindset with a passion for staying current with emerging technologies.
